We all at Crocs/Iqdam Trading have been truly inspired by the great motivation and passion displayed by the VID volunteers. In a world where everybody seems to be only interested in themselves and the constant strive is mainly for materialistic things, Volunteer in Dubai gives a little hope that one can actually make a difference and it doesnt take alot to give back a little.

The Crocs Mega Sale would not have been possible without the great help many volunteers, we are pleased to give back our thanks by donating one pair of Crocs shoes to charity, for each and every pair that was sold during the weekend.

Thank you for the fantastic organisation and many hours of helping hands and we look forward to supporting you in many more ways in the future.

A big thanks as well to the Volunteer in Dubai group for setting this up and making it easy for non-profits to find willing, helping hands.

On Behalf of Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF), I would like to sincerely thank Volunteer in Dubai for the time and the outstanding energy and dedication they have showed during the our latest two events:- the Vertical Marathon and the  Book Bazaar event to help raise funds for our missions around the world. It is only because of our volunteers that, year after year, we are able to continue to provide life-saving emergency medical care, including epidemic control, war surgery, nutritional assistance and primary healthcare in more than 80 countries worldwide, on the basis of need alone, regardless of ethnic origin, creed or political affiliation.

As the objective of MSF in the UAE is to spread awareness about the plight of the populations it assists, to interact with local communities and participate with other concerned parties and philanthropists in promoting humanitarian principles and raising funds for this purpose,  We rely on our active volunteers to not only lend their time but also to help us spread awareness in different social circles. We would again like to express our thanks to all the individuals who helped during the events and our special thanks to Ms. Lola Lopez who made this huge effort not only possible but seems like a maestro conducting a beautiful masterpiece, with your help you have helped us to not only spread awareness but also to raise the sum of AED 161,000.00 during the Vertical Marathon event and AED 19,575.15 during the Book Bazaar.

We would like to thank VID for sending such dedicated volutneers to support us, who from the moment they arrived were such a boost to our productivity that we were swiftly able to sort and pack relief items that had been collected for the past two weeks in just a number of hours.
